My availability varies greatly week by week, so PLEASE view my calendar BEFORE requesting an appointment.  I am available ONLY on dates and times marked "Available".

If you are going to be late, please call to let me know.  If you show up late without calling, I will not provide my services and you will be asked to reschedule your appointment.

If you will be more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, you will be asked to reschedule if I have an appointment immediately following your scheduled appointment or if it is too late in the evening.

If for any reason you need to cancel a scheduled appointment, I ask that you call, text message, or send me an email in a timely manner.  Most times, I have clients that want to get in sooner than their scheduled appointment time and if an appointment is a no call/no show, it's not only discourteous, but it makes my time stagnant.

NO CALLS/SHOWS = NO SECOND CHANCES
